The University Archives Need Your Help!

Do you have materials you plan to transfer or donate to the Archives?

We are currently accepting donations!

Request to Donate Materials

Current students, faculty, and staff, as well as Findlay community members and UF alumni, may consider donating materials to the Archives related to the history or culture of the institution.  Common examples of donated materials include university publications, campus memorabilia, and artifacts highlighting the history or culture of the institution.

Please complete the Donation Request Form before submitting your materials so we can determine the following:

 

  1. If the items are of historical and/or cultural value to the University of Findlay.
  2. If similar or identical items are presently in the archives.
  3. If accepting the items violate any copyright or information privacy laws.
  4. If we have the space to accommodate your donation(s).

Request to Transfer Materials

The transfer request form is for campus offices who wish to transfer their records to the University Archives. Please complete the Transfer Request Form before submitting your materials for transfer to Shafer Library.
