If you are having problems accessing the library's resources, try these following suggestions.
- Clear web browser cache and cookies. To view screenshots and instructions for clearing cache/history in the different browsers for both PC & Mac, visit the helpdesk support website and type keyword cache in search box.
- Try a different browser- if you are using Firefox, try Chrome or Internet Explorer.
- Corporate networks or work computers may have firewalls preventing access. These locations include hospitals, businesses, schools, and other organizations. Try connecting using your own personal device and home internet.
